Buchmiller worked as program manager for the Walker Art Center collaborating with their design, curatorial and education teams to create award winning printed materials and programs for families. She has taught at numerous colleges and nonprofits locally including Path with Art, WWU, Cornish College of the Arts, and the Seattle Aquarium.
