Biography
Jaz (Jasmine) Layden is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC). They have a BA in Psychology from the University of Washington (2017) and a MAEd in School Counseling from Seattle University (2021). They received their Sex Therapy Certificate from Antioch University in 2023. Jaz has worked as a school-based therapist and in private practice. She utilizes an anti-oppressive, integrated therapeutic approach which includes cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic, person-centered, and emotionally focused therapy. In her free time, Jaz enjoys bird-watching, spending time with loved ones, and trying new restaurants around the city.
